Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 2

Trying to Install Elements 15 on an iMac. It quits seconds after loading. Messages lead me to an update page of fixes, which appear to be links. When I click on Photoshop Elements 15 update (version 15.2) nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
